The coolest thing I saw was a swan on the river Zschopau, in a village called Walheim (about 30 minutes away from Chemnitz by train). My friend told me that normally there are two, but we only saw one. It is not very common to see a beautiful huge swan!
Chemnitz lies close to a mountain range in Germany called the Erzgebirge. I am looking forward to going hiking there one day.
