It's a tie between afternoon tea and Sunday roast! For afternoon tea, my mom and I had small sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, and fancy desserts with lots of tea. On Sunday, we shared a traditional English roast meal with potatoes, parsnips, cabbage, Yorkshire pudding, and of course, roast beef.
I listened to the Prince Regents Band play holiday music on brass instruments from the Victorian Period at Kenginston Palace. I felt like Queen Victoria herself!
It was fun to wander into department stores and see their beautifully detailed and magical holiday decorations.
