I am a university student studying digital technology, design, and visual culture, with a strong interest in how creativity, culture, and everyday life intersect. I have always been drawn to observing small details such as how people communicate, how spaces are designed, and how daily routines shape the way a place feels.
I will be traveling to Japan for a professional internship, an opportunity that brings together many of my academic and personal interests. Japan has fascinated me for years, not as an idealized destination, but as a place with its own rhythms, traditions, and contemporary challenges. I am excited to experience daily life there, including working in a professional setting, navigating cultural differences, and adapting to a new environment.
Through this journey, I hope to share honest reflections on living and working abroad, including moments of curiosity, adjustment, and personal growth. I am especially interested in how creativity appears in everyday life, from design and technology to food, public spaces, and social norms.
By participating in Reach the World, I hope to make international experiences feel more approachable and to encourage students to stay curious, observant, and open to perspectives beyond their own.
