Hi, or 你好! My name is Zach. I am a recent graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where I studied Art History and Archaeology. I was heavily involved with my college newspaper, where I was Managing Editor, and held a number of fellowships at different museums throughout my time in undergraduate.
I applied for and was lucky enough to receive a Fulbright U.S. Student Program English Teaching Assistant Award, which funds a year of teaching in a country abroad, which, in my case, is in Taiwan. I will be teaching 1st-6th graders for the next year and plan on attending graduate school for art history following the end of my grant.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy going to museums (there have been some awesome exhibitions in Taiwan), reading, and traveling with friends. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the Fulbright program or college decisions, and let's get ready to explore Taiwan together!
