The lush greenery gave me a breath of fresh air.
When I went to college in Manhattan, I never had the experience of being on a college campus because my school is simply one tall building. However, in Spain I was on an actual college campus that took me 20 minutes to walk through! I was also pleasantly surprised by how much beautiful greenery was planted everywhere. I loved seeing everything bloom in the spring. Students at the school also have little gardening sections where they can plant flowers!
