The ancient tradition of releasing lanterns into the river in Hoi An from small boats was brought to the city by Chinese and Japanese merchants
The city traditionally released lanterns on the first and 15th day of the Lunar Calendar, but because of increased tourism people now release lanterns every night!
If you look closely, you can see a water buffalo in these Hoi An rice fields!
The royal family of Viet Nam used to live in the Hue Imperial Citadel

This bridge in the Ba Na Hills is a famous tourist attraction known for its beautiful mountain views. Unfortunately, the day we went it was pouring, so we could not see anything!
