Earlier last week, I traveled to Vienna, Austria, and Budapest, Hungary! Vienna is a gorgeous city filled with rich history and culture. I went with my psychology class to learn about some notable psychologists, like Sigmund Freud and Alfred Adler. After a week, I traveled to Budapest for the weekend with some friends. Once again, another city with beautiful architecture and delicious food, such as chimney cake and nokedli (Hungarian dumplings) with pork knuckles.
The flight from Chicago to Copenhagen, Denmark, was about eight and a half hours long and covered 4,280miles (6,890km). Since being in Denmark, I have traveled a total of about 4,000 miles (~6,437km) between Copenhagen and other cities and countries.
For this past week's travel distance, I took a flight from Copenhagen, Denmark → Vienna, Austria (539mi; 868km), a train from Vienna, Austria → Budapest, Hungary (140mi; 225km) and a flight from Budapest, Hungary → Copenhagen, Denmark (630mi; 1,013km). This adds up to a total distance of 1,692mi or 2,106km! This doesn't even factor in how much I traveled within each city!
