Traveler Bio

Hello, my name is Karprice, and I was born and raised in New York City, but I decided to attend college in California. I study economics, which is sometimes challenging but also fun.

I am studying abroad in Montpellier, France, this fall, where I hope to improve my French and learn more about French culture, food, and the French way of life. My goal is to become fluent in French one day, and then I would love to learn my next language, Japanese. I love trying new foods and learning about places that are different from where I grew up. The world is a melting pot filled with different people, cultures, foods, languages, and traditions. Growing up in New York City introduced me to people from all over the world, and it made me curious about places and people who are different from me.

Now I am excited to take that curiosity with me to Montpellier, France! One of my favorite foods is a classic New York-style pizza or French fries. I can't wait to share my experiences in France and explore a new part of the world with you!
