The need for parking is met by the wonderful public transportation system of Budapest. The trams, buses, and metros provide easy access, so driving is not worth the hassle of parking. A lot of people would agree with me that driving takes longer than the public transportation because of traffic and parking. The public transportation is cheap, as well; a student pass costs $15 a month and an adult pass costs $30 a month. This could be compared to the price of parking near my office, where it costs $25 a day or $100 a week.
