Outside of the meetings, they have introduced me to Hungarian food and shown me different parts of Budapest that I would never have been able to discover on my own.
Integrating into any community might seem difficult at first, but if you are confident and show your desire to understand a new culture and community, people will be extremely accepting and want to get to know you! Finding my place in different communities around Budapest has been one of my favorite parts of my study abroad period so far! I could not be happier.
