






I believe this is the case due to their dependence on their parents and family. Young people in Thailand are more often sheltered and face a bit less adversity. Growing up in America, I have personally faced massive adversity that I believe forced me to grow up a bit faster than many children, especially those in the Eastern half of the world. Although this is a major difference, I embrace my situation, and I feel proud of the hardships I was forced to navigate at such of young age.
