Anyong-hasaeyo from South Korea! As I write this, people flood the streets outside my window to go about their daily lives. I am currently living in Seoul, the capital city of South Korea. South Korea is one of two countries in the Korean peninsula off the coast of China. Many people say that Seoul is very similar to New York City due to its large population.
Unlike you guys, I have never lived in such a busy city before. In fact, I have never even been to New York City as a tourist! I grew up in a suburb outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh is one of the largest cities in Pennsylvania, but it is nowhere near as big as New York City or Seoul. I have lived in different towns outside of Pittsburgh my entire life. I currently live by my home university of Robert Morris in Moon Township.
When I was in middle school, my hobbies were listening to music, video games and reading. I used to listen to all kinds of music! I even found music in other languages by accident. At one point, I stumbled upon Korean Pop (Kpop). Kpop is very popular in South Korea. There are many big companies that focus on making Kpop stars, or idols.
