In Malta, we mostly bought simple groceries like yogurt and chicken and cooked at our Airbnb. However, after getting home from the Dolomites, I made seared salmon with sweet potatoes and a salad. After three days of hiking and some pretty questionable food combinations along the way, it tasted like a five-star meal.
My music taste is all over the place and really just depends on the day. This week I've been listening to a lot of A$AP Rocky (I've seen him live, so he will always be one of my favorites), Suki Waterhouse, Faye Webster and Cocteau Twins.

My favorite activities were going to the beach and having dinner with all of my girlfriends in Malta. We also spent Saturday out on a boat, snorkeling and exploring the beautiful water. After spending so much time in cities and mountains lately, I was thrilled to be back in the ocean.
I finished the last book I brought with me last week and haven't bought a new one yet. However, there's a really cool biblioteca (library) close to my apartment that turns into a movie theater at night!
They have an English section, which is very helpful for someone whose Italian reading skills are still a work in progress. My best friend and I also watched the new Spider-Man movie there the other night!
