One line that stayed with me was:
“Where there is ruin, there is hope for a treasure.”
It reminded me that even during our hardships, something beautiful can happen.
This week, most of my game time was spent indoors with friends. Even though I’m almost 26, I’m still a kid at heart, especially when it comes to Pokémon. Many nights were spent smashing buttons on my Nintendo Switch while playing games such as Mario Kart and Mario Party. It was loud and very competitive but a lot of fun.
Some news from this week is that one of the research papers I submitted to a journal was officially published. It was really exciting because I worked on this project for almost three years. Publishing a research paper means sharing what you discovered so other scientists and students around the world can learn from it. It felt very rewarding to see all that hard work finally come together.
