






In Safed, I visited the local market, called the Shuk, and also a few ancient synagogues. Synagogues are the home of the Jewish faith. In Tel Aviv I also visited the market called Shuk Ha-Carmel, where I enjoyed a delicious schnitzel sandwich while sitting by the beach.
I have been reading a book called "Atomic Habits." This book teaches you how to make good habits a part of your life. It is all about the science behind forming both good and bad habits.
I did not have a chance to play any games or sports this week because of the traveling. However, I did watch Premier League Soccer on the TV, which is the British soccer league. I watched the game of Chelsea versus Tottenham - a London Derby!
This week is when I start the new semester at school. I am looking forward to seeing all my classmates once again and hearing about their time on break. It will be exciting to get back to a school routine and learn more about public health.
