This is Not Goodbye, See You Later!

Travel and cultural exchange have a way of expanding not only how we see other people, but also how we understand ourselves. Whether your future adventures take you across the world or simply outside your comfort zone, I hope you continue asking questions, seeking new experiences and staying open to learning from others.

At the same time, I want to encourage you to think carefully about the habits you are building right now. We are what we practice. The small routines we create today often shape the opportunities, mindset and discipline we carry years into the future. In a world filled with distractions and constant technology, there is real value in learning how to use your tools intentionally rather than allowing them to control your time and attention.

Sometimes the most important steps are also the simplest: putting your phone away for a little while, reflecting quietly, making a plan, writing down a goal, spending time outside or taking a moment to think about the kind of person you want to become. Those small choices matter more than you think.

Time moves quickly. Start today. Do not spend too much energy worrying about yesterday. Focus instead on the habits, mindset and actions that will help build the future you want for yourselves one small step at a time.
