While embarking on your adventures, travel journaling is a great tool to use to capture all of your favorite memories of the people and places you visited, right down to the smallest details. 

Hi explorers! This is Tim. Saying goodbye (for now) to the S.A. Agulhas II and the incredible Endurance22 Expedition team was bittersweet. What made this journey so special? Let's reflect!

Living abroad forces you to reflect upon your own cultural identity and understand why your identity has developed that way. 

In this reflection, I focus on how my cultural worldview shifted while living abroad. 

This reflection is intended to draw attention to the stereotypes I had brought with me going to Germany and how my mindset shifted after living there. 

Here are six topics to focus on as you study your host country: history, art/literature, holidays, politics, basic laws/regulations and sustainability.
