Interested to learn more about Irish Cuisine? On a bank holiday weekend, I traveled to County Kerry and tried two traditional lamb based dishes: Irish stew and slow-roasted lamb shank! 

My First Time Trying Feijoada!

The most famous of all Brazilian dishes and eaten across all regions is the feijoada. This rich, hearty stew consists of black beans, tomatoes, cabbage and carrots with different cuts of pork.

Dia De Los Muertos

This week was the very special tradition of Dia De Los Muertos. Mexicans believe the spirits of their dead visit them for the first two days in November. This was an amazing way to honor them!
