Imagine a churro’s bigger, fluffier cousin—that’s a porraPorras are long, thick sticks of masa frita (fried dough) that are crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. They’re sprinkled with azúcar (sugar) and often dipped into a cup of thick chocolate caliente (hot chocolate).
