The Fulbright program is ending, and it is time for me to reflect and think about everything I have learned, the people I have met along the way and how much I appreciate this opportunity.

Carne asada is a shared tradition, one that strengthens communities and helps them grow.

I finally set off on a trip to Veracruz! I was there a short while, but I got to see a lot of what the downtown area has to offer. I will definitely need to return to this beachside town.
