Donkkaseu (돈까스), a breaded pork cutlet covered in a rich, curry-like sauce and served with cabbage salad and rice
Andong Jjimdak (찜닭), a dish made of steamed chicken with vegetables in a Korean soy sauce (Ganjang, 국간장) marinade
Fried chicken is super popular in South Korea, just like in Kentucky! I tried golden olive chicken, which is fried in olive oil to make it extra crispy.
