Before Friday, the weather was great! It was 70 degrees three days in a row, which is very unlike the Netherlands in September. On Friday, there was a big storm at night with lightening and thunder, which I enjoyed from my bedroom. Today, Sunday, it rained all day. I spent the day cycling around The Hague, so I was soaking wet and cold. I had a great day despite the weather. In the Netherlands, rain is an almost every day occurrence in the fall, so I need to get used to it now!
Cats, cats and more cats. The Dutch love to have cats as pets, especially the ones on my street. You can see the neighborhood cats roaming around at all hours of the day and night. My roommate also has a cat and his name is Zuki!
