The courts are tucked between the hills (near Christ the Redeemer), and it’s such a nice break from the busy city.
This week I kept up with financial news back in the States, as I always do, and I started reading Ao Lado de Lina. Lina Bo Bardi is one of Brazil’s greatest architects, so it’s been really cool learning about her work while actually living here.
I played tennis and went running this week. I’m also taking a surf class on Friday, which should be a lot of fun.
I took a trip to Belo Horizonte with some friends! We explored the city, tried lots of good food and got to see a different side of Brazil outside of Rio.
