I prefer the tram because I love being able to look out at Prague as I travel, although the metro is faster and often more convenient.
Oh gosh, nothing that I wear is that cool! Those of you who know me from camp may remember that I like to wear lots of t-shirts and jeans, and nothing really changes throughout the year except adding more layers. I've been doing some thrifting here and found a really nice vest and dress that I'm excited about, but other than that, I just wear my typical Sasha outfits.
I love to go on walks! At home I run a lot, but here I've just really been enjoying taking the time to soak in the beautiful sights and nature around me. There are lots of great parks right near me and some a little farther out that I love to visit. My favorite, as I've mentioned before, is Petrin Hill, but there are a ton of little ones just waiting to be discovered.
I'm sorry to say that I'm rather confined to English. I studied French in high school, and my mom is fluent, but it unfortunately didn't fully stick. I can read Hebrew, just like a lot of you, but I unfortunately don't understand what it means and can't speak it. I'm taking a basic Czech class here, though, to get around, and I have a few good phrases under my belt. In Czech, saying "hello" formally (to strangers or adults) is "dobry den!", which means "good day!" To friends, you'd say "Ahoj!", which is pronounced like "ahoy!" just like sailors on a ship.
