It is officially Rambutan season! Can you remember what those are? Hint: there was a photo of it in my last field note! It’s the spikey, sphere-shaped red fruit. Depending on how early you pick the fruit from the tree, they are either more sour or more sweet. I like the redder, more ripe Rambutans because that makes them sweeter!
