Not only was the food good, but people opening up their homes and cooking for us is such a generous and warm gesture, which I've appreciated.
The dishes I mentioned above are made in different ways. Many of the meals I've had include rice, so that would be the base of the dish. I'm not exactly sure how it is all cooked; however, I hope to take a cooking class soon and get some recipes!
I'm not sure exactly. However, because a lot of Jordanian food is made out of vegetables, I think agriculture plays a big role in Jordanian life.
