Getting to Know Norma

What do you like to do in your free time?:

I do pilates once a week and go to the gym 2 times a week. I also like to read, play the guitar, and go to church. 

 

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I speak Portuguese. In Portuguese, hello is olá.

Do you have pets?:

I have one dog, Bobbi.

Have you traveled? Where have you traveled to?:

I have taken many road trips here in Brazil, including to Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo, Belem, and a trip to Assunção in Paraguay where I have some family.

 

What do you do for work?:

In my life, I’ve worked in accounting, business administration, decorating, and cleaning.

Is there anything else you would like to say to students in the United States?:

I encourage you all to spend as much time with your loved ones as possible! Screen time is fun, but I am most happy when I am chatting with family and friends or meeting someone new! Don’t forget to value the people in your life.
