Xin chào (hello) global learners!
I am a little sad because this is my last journal entry to you from Vietnam. I have loved sharing part of my Fulbright journey with your class. It has been so special to talk with you, answer your questions and learn together about life in another part of the world.
Before coming to Vietnam, I did not travel very much. But this year helped me want to learn even more about the world and the different cultures in it. I hope my adventures helped you see more of the amazing world we live in.
I came to Vietnam as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. The Fulbright Program gave me the chance to live in another country and teach for 10 months. I help students practice English and learn about life in the United States. Just like you are curious about other countries, students in Vietnam are curious about America too!
Thank you for being such wonderful explorers and learners. I hope you always stay curious about the world and the people in it. Maybe one day you will travel somewhere new too!
I want to share with you some more photos from my time in Vietnam.
