The semester is ending, and everyone is feeling it. It's really cold here, and people are packing to go home. I'm sad watching it because I'm not going home until next year in July, but I feel like I'm losing part of the Korea that I love as my friends leave.

Some things I want everyone to take away from my trip is that the world might be this big place, but that's just because you're so small. It's up to you to be head-strong and to conquer the things that you fear as well as the things you never thought you would do.

Always treat people with respect and kindness, especially when it's hard to. There were definitely times when people were mean to me, and I wanted to be mean back; however, his reaction would not have helped me then or in the future. You also never know what is happening in another person's life, so remember to always be gentle and kind.

I think the last thing I want to say is thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way... if they ever see this! This trip is hard on everyone: me, my family, my friends and my advisors, but we all came together to make it happen; and I'm having the best time of my life. Make sure to always thank your teachers and family for being there for you. You can't learn anything without them!
