I traveled locally around Warsaw.
From New Jersey to Warsaw, I traveled about 4,300 miles, or 6,900 kilometers.
I traveled by walking, taking the bus or tram.
I visited the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador in Warsaw as part of my Fulbright orientation. Not only was it fascinating to visit this Williamsburg style residence and see the stunning outdoor terrace, but it was also a great experience to meet the other Fulbrighters and learn about their research projects.
While I am still trying to navigate the public transport system, I use the app Jakdojade, which tells which bus, tram or metro I have to take to arrive at my desired destination.
