Every day this week has been a mix of sun, clouds, and rain, sometimes all in the same hour! Sydney’s weather is wildly unpredictable, which honestly caught me off guard. I came expecting consistent sunny days, but instead I’ve been juggling sunglasses, umbrellas and jackets like it’s a full-time job.
This week, I saw so many white kiwi birds with their signature long beaks, but the real standout was at the fish market. One cheeky kiwi crept up behind me and snatched my sashimi right off my plate! Sydney’s wildlife is surprisingly bold, and I honestly didn’t expect to have to compete with birds for lunch. Lesson learned!
