The weather has been cooler than usual this week, with a high of about 92 degrees Fahrenheit. Malaysia is usually very hot, but after living here for the past six months I have slowly started to adjust to the heat. That means anything below 85 degrees Fahrenheit now feels cold to me! However, when it rains in the evening, the next morning is usually much more bearable (less hot!).
I saw a few monkeys playing on the dumpster outside of my school. One of the teachers told me that animals go there when they are hungry and need to find food. But we are supposed to stay away from them because they could have rabies, and you don't want to get bit!
The monkeys! Even though I have seen many monkeys in the wild since I moved to Malaysia, it's still very exciting for me to see them roaming around the town.
