Growing Up in Malaysia

Introduction:

Hello! My name is Hui Ching and I am a 16-year-old student in Pahang, Malaysia. I hope you can learn more about me and my life in this field note. 

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?:

I eat cereal and biscuits for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I eat rice with vegetables.

What is your house like?:

My house looks old. It is a one-level, wooden house. 

What chores do you have at home?:

 I sweep the floor,  wash the plates and hang the clothes out to dry.

What jobs do your parents have?:

My father is a rubber tapper and my mother is a housewife.

What time does school start, and what time do you go home?:

School starts at 7:20 in the morning, and I go home at 2:30 in the afternoon. 

How do you get to school? Are you allowed to go to school by yourself?:

I walk to school alone.

Where do you eat lunch? What is your favorite food?:

I eat lunch at home. My favorite food is spicy food, like curry. 

What language do you speak at school? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I speak Malay, English, and Chinese (Mandarin) at school. In Chinese, my mother language, hello is ni hao.
