I came back the next day when I had more time to photograph them and found out they are flowers of the silk floss tree. The tree strangely has prickles all down the trunk!
Kinmen is known for its sorghum production. On this island, many farmers grom sorghum and sell it to the famous liquor factory here. I think some of the fields are growing fully mature and are ready for harvesting!
