What main languages are spoken here?:

The primary language spoken in Japan is mainly Japanese! The modern Japanese language has three forms of writing systems, hiragana, katakana, and kanji. Depending on where you go in Japan, you might hear the language being spoken with different pitches and forms. There are also a lot of Japanese dialects that are spoken in different regions in Japan. Even though Japanese is the main language spoken in Japan, there are, in fact, many other languages are spoken here in Japan from all sorts of different countries since Tokyo, is considered to be the biggest city in the world! While walking through the main cities and streets, you sometimes might hear different languages such as Chinese, English, French, Arabic and many more! 

What type of money is used here?:

Japan uses the Japanese yen (円) or ¥. Right now, about ¥151 Japanese yen is about $1 United States Dollars. There are six types of coins for the Japanese yen: ¥1 coin, ¥5 coin, ¥10 coin, ¥50 coin, ¥100 coin and ¥500 coin. There are also three main bank notes for the Japanese yen: ¥1,000, ¥5,000, and ¥10,000. There is also a ¥2,000 bill but that one is rarely used (or even seen) similar in this way to the two-dollar bill in U.S. dollars.
