Hello, my name is Isabel. I'm from a small town in Connecticut, USA, where I spent my childhood until I eventually moved to Cleveland, Ohio. I graduated from a community college in Ohio before I was accepted into The Peace Corps Volunteer. I am currently serving in Belize, C.A. as a sports coordinator in a local village. At my assigned school in the town of Corozal, I teach sports to each of the sports teams throughout the school year. My team is currently focused on soccer, or as it is called here, football. I arrived in country September 2023 and I will be serving in Corozal, Belize until November 2025. I enjoy learning about language and culture, and like to cook or read while I am at my house. I spend my free time with local friends, eating new foods, swimming and exploring this new country I call home.
