I listened to Salsa music for my Spanish class: "El Gran Varón" by Willie Colón. In my free time, I listened to SZA: "Good Days" and "20 Something."
I got to make chocolate at La Iguana. We had a tour of the farm where they grow, ferment and dry the chocolate. Then, I got to grind, mix and temper the chocolate. We chose our own flavors like sea salt, cinnamon, ginger and coconut.
