The life of my student!

Introduction:

In this article, I interview my student, Gimena.  I hope you can learn a little more about life for a teenager here!

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?:

Breakfast (Desayuno):
A typical breakfast includes pan con huevo (bread with a fried or boiled egg) and Quaker, a traditional Peruvian hot drink usually made with oats and water. Sometimes, breakfast might also include papas fritas (French fries) or jugo de manzana con quinoa (apple juice blended with quinoa).

Lunch (Almuerzo):
Today, Gimena had a traditional dish called Pachamanca—a special meal typically prepared for holidays. It includes meat (usually chicken, pork, or guinea pig), sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, green beans, and a tamale, all cooked together in an underground oven. On regular days, she usually eats a simpler meal with some type of meat, rice, and potatoes.
