After school, she eats lunch at home. Her favorite dish is ceviche—a classic Peruvian favorite made with fish, corn, potato, sweet potato, avocado, and lots of lime! Her second favorite is papa a la huancaína, which is boiled potatoes topped with a creamy yellow sauce made from cheese, milk, yellow chili peppers, and garlic.

What language do you speak at school? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

At school, they speak Castellano, the Peruvian form of Spanish. For example, “hello” in Castellano is ¡hola!

What are some common kids' names at your school?:

Some common names of kids at the school are Brayan, Saul, Aldair, Jhon, and Nhicol. They’re similar to names in the U.S., but with unique spellings that give them a local twist!
