For my next trip, I’ll be returning to Italy for the first time in seven years. While I’ve visited major tourist destinations like Venice, Florence, and Rome before, I’ve never traveled south of Rome. The CEO of our company, Rick Steves, says that the further south you go in Italy, the more Italian it becomes. So, I’m excited to experience these particularly potent regions of Italy – visiting gorgeous gardens and ruins, partaking in centuries-old traditions, and sampling some of the best food in the world.
