This week, I traveled about 60 kilometers, which is roughly 37 miles. I covered this distance by walking and biking to and from classes, hanging out with friends and visiting local cafés. It was an active week full of exploration and fun!
So far on this journey, I’ve traveled quite a lot! Between exploring Lund, going to classes, hanging out with friends, and visiting different spots like cafés, I’ve probably covered several hundred kilometers—equivalent to a few hundred miles. All of this walking and biking has been a great way for me to experience life here in Sweden!
This week, I got around using a mix of walking, cycling, and public transportation like the bus and train. Walking was perfect for short trips to classes and to nearby places, while cycling was best for longer routes around the city and for exploring with friends. For longer distances, I relied on the bus and train, which made traveling between different towns easy and efficient. The public transportation system here is reliable, with clearly marked stops and a handy transportation app. that helps with route-planning and live tracking. This combination of walking, biking, and using the bus and train made getting around Lund both active and convenient!
