Eason's dad works in an office, and his mom is a teacher. They are both very busy!
School starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. After school, he does not always go home. Three times a week, he takes the bus to cram school. Cram school is like an after-school school! Eason practices English and math until 7:30 p.m. After that, he goes home. What a long day!
Eason drives with his dad to school on a scooter because it is faster than taking the bus or the train. When he comes home, he takes the bus by himself.
Eason usually eats lunch at school. His favorite lunch is fried chicken!
At school, Eason uses Chinese and English. Taiping is a bilingual school, so students take classes to learn English. They also learn English in their regular classes, like art or health!
I am sure you already know how to say hello in Chinese. What are some other ways students say "hello"? When the students say "hello" to the teachers, they say: 老师好 (lǎoshī hǎo).
