The weather was very hot this week, but there was always a breeze, which helped a lot. The weather is predicted to keep getting hotter, so for the next couple months I am going to be toasty!
I saw a ton of lizards in the geography department of my university the other day. I was typing a paper outside and several of them came hopping over the wall and on to the chairs next to me. I jumped out of my seat and into the lap of the person next to me, who did not seem to care one bit about the bright red and blue dinosaurs.
The coolest thing I saw this week was Umbrella Rock at Boti Falls. It's called Umbrella Rock because the rocks are stacked on top of each other and are fanned out a little like an umbrella.
I don't have any other nature news this week.
