Helping the Elderly

This has caused problems because many senior citizens don't have enough money or don't have enough emotional support to get by.

Is this need being met? How?:

The government has plans to create more programs to help elderly Korean people. For example, more senior citizen centers are being opened every year. I volunteer at one of these senior citizen centers where elderly people can go to exercise, take language classes, have free lunch and learn how to write. There are also some other benefits that senior citizens have in South Korea. If you are over the age of 65, you can ride the subway for free and you can ride the bus for a discount.
