Dreaming About Food from Oxapampa

Coca leaves do grow in Oxapampa, but they also grow and are available everywhere else in Peru. Coca isn't really even used in tea or for chewing in Oxa. Instead, as I talked about before, Dorcher and its products are deeply connected to the history of Oxapampa since its founding until today. There's a good reason why this beer is the best gastronomic representative of the region, since its Austro-German roots combine with local Peruvian ingredients to brew a drink heading for a popular and well-known future.
