How was the weather this week?:

There were clouds over the entire city as we flew in. By mid-day, that cloud coverage had gone from dark and grey to a bright white--still cloudy, but with sun shining through. In the evening, a massive storm hit. I was in a taxi on the way to dinner and I could see giant bolts of lightning crisscrossing the sky and a few even larger ones striking the ground. There were thunderclaps every couple of seconds! The next day, and today, were bright and sunny with a perfectly crisp temperature.

What animals did I see this week? :

Buenos Aires doesn't have many animals, just a lot of pigeons and squirrels. There was a statue of an armadillo if that counts!

What was the coolest thing I saw in nature this week?:

Buenos Aires is a large metropolitan area, so even though it sits right at the mouth of the Rio de la Plata River and near the Atlantic Ocean, there is not a lot of nature to see. Like many large cities, Buenos Aires has parks and natural spaces, but I didn't have time to visit any of them.
