Siempre en mi Corazón

In the Galapagos, I learned that animals need our help to live on this earth. We should not pollute the land or water because it will harm them!

Everyone that I met here has been so friendly and helpful. My students have told me a lot about Ecuadorian society and the similarities between our lives in the U.S. and their lives here. My host family treated me like a part of their family my entire time here and made sure that I never felt alone. I met many new friends to talk to who would give me advice when needed. I am grateful for everyone that I have met here.

Although I will miss Ecuador, I am excited to go home and share everything that I have learned and experienced in the past six weeks. I want to thank each one of you for letting me share my journey with you. I hope that you all have learned a lot by coming along with me! Adios amigos, or in English, goodbye, friends!
