Your favorite things to do:
I love to go to the gym, hang out with my friends, watch TV, do my nails and read. I usually watch Gilmore Girls, Friends or Brooklyn 99. Growing up, my favorite thing to do was read. So many books have changed my life. Nowadays, when I start a good book, I can't stop until I finish it!
Your biggest dreams!
This is a hard question! My current biggest dream is to have a career I love. I want to get my master's and Ph.D., and a huge dream would be to get a degree abroad. This has always felt so difficult for the reality I come from. I dream of traveling all over the world, walking on the ground that important historical figures walked on, getting to see the Mona Lisa with my own eyes and just experiencing other parts of the world.
What advice do you have for high school students?
Pay attention to the things that you like the most because what will make you happy will be to be able to do your work graciously, without constantly struggling, but while being challenged. Look at the reasons you have to be thankful and recognize how far you've come. The more you realize what you've achieved, the more motivated you will be to do more. Don't get caught up in high school drama. This time is so temporary even if it seems like the only thing that matters. In a couple of years, you'll be living an entirely different life that you get to build when you leave high school.
