I am working on a project right now that is helping to examine how the Southern Ocean has taken in and released carbon dioxide over the last 20,000 years (back to when the woolly mammoths were around!). I am really interested in understanding how the ocean used to function so that we can understand how it functions now and well into the future.
I cannot wait to hear from you and share more of my journey -- both inside and outside of the laboratory -- over the next few months!
