Daily Life

In Georgia, I've visited the main cities as well as a national monument called Martvili Canyon, which is located close to Zugdidi.

What do you do for work?:

I'm a student in the eighth grade. In addition to my hobbies, I spend some time with private tutors to strengthen my skills in specific subjects. This is really very common in Georgia for all students if they want better test scores. I'm not certain what I want to be when I grow up, but I think it would be cool to be an English teacher. My mom works as a pharmacist in the city center and my dad works in a hazelnut factory. My brother studies technology at his university.

Is there anything else you would like to say to students in the United States?:

Well, I don't know what it feels like to be American, but I'm very interested in United States culture and practicing English. It's really good that you are interested in learning about Georgia, its culture, and its traditions. Maybe if you are interested, we can do a sort of virtual meeting with my American Corner club or send emails and be pen pals!
